| (1) | An applicant wanting to make changes to its licence application before NERSA has decided on the application, may request permission from NERSA to do so. |
| (2) | If NERSA deems it necessary, it may direct the applicant to publish a notice of an amendment to a licence application in the same newspapers and in the same languages as the notice of the licence application had been published. |
| (3) | The notice published in terms of subrule (2) above must also comply with Rule 8 of these Rules. |
