Department of Mineral Resources and Energy

 

1. I, Mr G. Mantashe, Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that a  maximum retail price for Illuminating Paraffin (excluding the price of any form of packaging) will become effective on the first Wednesday of every month.

 

2. The single maximum retail price for illuminating paraffin, excluding the price of any form of Packaging for the period of 01 October 2025 to 04 November 2025 will be 1 648.00 c/l.

 

3. Commencement

These regulations shall come into operation at 00:01 on 01 October 2025.
