| 1. | I, Mr G. Mantashe, Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that a maximum retail price for Illuminating Paraffin (excluding the price of any form of packaging) will become effective on the first Wednesday of every month. |
| 2. | The single maximum retail price for illuminating paraffin, excluding the price of any form of Packaging for the period of 07 January 2026 to 03 February 2026 will be 1 598.00 c/l. |
| 3. | Commencement |
These regulations shall come into operation at 00:01 on 07 January 2026.
