The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy has, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), made the Regulations set out in the Schedule. This substitutes the Schedule that was promulgated on 06 January 2026.
Schedule

In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by Government Notice on 03 February 2026.
