The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy has under Section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No.120 of 1977) made the Regulations set out in the Schedule. This substitutes the Schedule that was promulgated on 03 March 2026.
Maximum Retail Price for Liquefied Petroleum Gas
| 1. | The maximum retail price for Liquefied Petroleum Gas supplied to residential customers for the period 01 April 2026 to 05 May 2026. |

These Regulations will come into operation at 00h01 on 01 April 2026.
Maximum Retail Price for Liquefied Petroleum Gas
| 1. | The maximum retail price for Liquefied Petroleum Gas that is imported through Port of Saldhanha Bay will increase by 123 cents per kilogram effective from 01 April 2026. |
| 2. | The maximum retail price for Liquefied Petroleum Gas supplied to residential customers for the period 01 April 2026 to 05 May 2026. |
