Under Section 30(2) of the Planning Profession Act, 2002 (Act 36 of 2002), I Khethukuthula Joseph Zulu, Chairperson of the South African Council for Planners (SACPLAN), hereby notifies for general information, that the South African Council for Planners has made Rules as a Guideline on the method of the Calculation of Professional Fees to be charged by Professional Planners and Technical Planners as contemplated in Section 29 of the Planning Profession Act, 2002 (Act 36 of 2002). These Rules replaces any previous Rules pertaining to the Guideline on the method of the Calculation of Professional Fees to be charged by Professional Planners and Technical Planners.

 

These Rules come into effect on the date of proclamation of this notice and shall apply in respect of any stage of professional service, which is started with, on, or after the date of commence of these Rules.
