The SACPCMP Registration Policy indicates that there are two routes to registration, the Educational Route and the Recognition of Prior Learning Route. This exemption is with regard to the Educational Route to registration as stipulated in the Rules for Registration.
Candidate Categories
| 2.1 | For purposes of the Limited Special Dispensation (LSD), "candidate" shall have the same meaning as in section 19(2)(b) of the Act and the SACPCMP Rules for Registration, 2025 |
| 2.2 | The following candidate registration categories are expressly included: |
| 2.2.1 | Candidate Construction Project Manager (Can CPM) |
| 2.2.2 | Candidate Construction Manager (Can CM) |
| 2.2.3 | Candidate Construction Health and Safety Agent (Can CHSA) |
| 2.2.4 | Candidate Construction Health and Safety Manager (Can CHSM) |
| 2.2.5 | Candidate Construction Health and Safety Officer (Can CHSO) |
| 2.2.6 | Candidate Building Inspector (Can BInsp) |
