| (1) | These Regulations shall apply for a period of five years from the date of commencement thereof. |
| (2) | Despite the expiry of these Regulations, the dedicated official must, in respect of an application received before the date of expiry of these Regulations, apply the Regulations as if the Regulations have not expired. |
