Financial Sector Conduct Authority

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority, hereby under section 66(1)(b) of the Short-term Insurance Act, 1998 (Act No. 53 of 1998) determines the amount referred to in paragraph (a) of that section as R8 850.

Notice No. 5885, published in the Gazette on 21 February 2025, is repealed.

This Notice will come into operation on the date of publication.
