32. Amendments to this Constitution

32.1The secretary must send copies of any proposed amendments together with the agenda for the meeting to all members;

 

32.2At least 30 days notice of a meeting at which an amendment of the Constitution is to be considered will, in all instances, be required;

 

32.3The provisions of this Constitution may be amended only:
(a)By the decision of at least two-thirds of the members present at a meeting of the Authority; and
(b)If they are approved by the Minister.
