| 1. | By virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of the Special Economic Zones Act No. 16 of 2014, I, Mr Parks Tau, Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition, hereby expand the boundaries of the Dude TradePort (DTP) Special Economic Zone, which was designated as a Special Economic Zone, which was designated as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Government Gazette No. 40883 of 2 June 2017. |
| 2. | The expansion of the Dube TradePort SEZ boundaries includes a total land area of 752.11 ha, which comprise of: |
Dube Trade Zone 3, Remainder of Portion 77 of Farm Klip Fontein no. 922, is bordered on the north by the M43, west by the Hlawe River and south by the Dube Trade Zone;
Dube Trade Zone 4 and 5, Portions 1220 (Remainder), 216, 1907, 1181, 1114, 450, 430, 271 (Remainder), 854 (Remainder) and 617 (Remainder), all of the Farm Cotton Lands No. 1575 and Remainder of Erf 1000 Mount Moreland (previously TradeZone 5), is bordered on the north by the R102 and Farm La Mercy, south by the uMdloti River, west by Verulam and south east by Mount Moreland and Farm La Mercy;
Dube City, Erf 595, 596, 594, 597, 601, 600, 602, 603, and 608 is bordered on the north by the M65, west and east by the Remainder of Portion 8 of Farm La Mercy Airport No. 15124 and south by Dube Trade Zone 4/5.
