Sugar Act, 1978 (Act No. 9 of 1978)

A Mill Group Board may make special delivery allocations to growers and grower groups at any time to secure the reasonably prompt delivery of cane damaged by frost, fire, drought, flood, pest or disease, or cane required to be harvested in terms of an order issued in terms of this agreement by a Local Pest, Disease and Variety Control Committee.
