The Sugar Industry Agreement, 1994, published under Government Notice No. R592 of 31 March 1994, as amended was repealed upon publication of the Sugar Industry Agreement, 2000, which came into operation on 1 April 2000 in terms of clause 2 thereof and was published in General Notice No. 1208 of 2000 in Government Gazette 21139 dated 3 May 2000.
