The Sugar Industry Agreement, 2000, published under Government Notice No. 1208, Government Gazette 21139 of 3 May 2000 as amended (the most recent amendment being that effective from 1 April 2024 in terms of Government Notice No. 4585, Government Gazette 50415 published on 28 March 2024) is hereby further amended effective from the date of publication in the Government Gazette.
