Transport Appeal Tribunal Act, 1998 (Act No. 39 of 1998)

The Tribunal may not deal with any appeal noted under the National Land Transport Act, 1998, or under the Cross-Border Road Transport Act, 1998, unless any such appeal is accompanied by the fees referred to in section 17(1)(a).
