16. Administration of Tribunal

(1) The Director-General must, after consultation with the Tribunal, designate such officers in the Department of Transport as may be necessary to perform the administrative and secretarial work of the Tribunal.

 

(2) The expenditure incurred in respect of the performance of the Tribunal’s functions will be defrayed from moneys appropriated by Parliament for that purpose.

 

(3) All moneys received by the Tribunal under this Act must be paid into the National Revenue Fund, and the Director-General is the accounting officer of such expended moneys.
