Transport Appeal Tribunal Act, 1998 (Act No. 39 of 1998)

To provide for the establishment of the Transport Appeal Tribunal to consider and to decide appeals noted in terms of the National Land Transport Act, 2009, the Cross-Border Road Transport Act, 1998, or any relevant transport legislation; and for matters connected therewith.
