| (1) | A party to an appeal has the right to appear in person or be represented in proceedings before the Tribunal. |
| (2) | A party who elects to be represented must file a power of attorney in accordance with Form TAT 02 in Annexure 1. |
| (3) | The represented party must notify the Tribunal of any withdrawal or change in representation and provide new details for communication and service of documents. |
