9. Review of exemptions

(1) The Minister may at any time review an exemption granted in terms of the Act and may—
(a) withdraw the exemption;
(b) amend or remove any condition to which the exemption is subject, or add the conditions that may be necessary;
(c) amend the scope of the exemption; or
(d) take any other step in regard to the exemption.
