28. Particulars to be furnished

The particulars of the students who are enrolled at a university or other educational institution in the Republic for a degree, diploma or certificate referred to in regulation 19, 20 or 21, and which have to be furnished to the council in terms of section 20(2)(a)(i) of the Act, shall be—

28.1the full names and postal address of each such student;
28.2the degree, diploma or certificate for which the student concerned is enrolled; and
28.3the specific year of study of such degree, diploma or certificate for which the student concerned is enrolled on the date of furnishing of those particulars.
