Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995)

The minimum salary will increase by the ATB on the 1st July of each year and will increase by the agreed upon ATB percentage as set out in clause 4 for the parties to the Collective Agreement and on the date as determined by the Minister of Employment and Labour for the non-parties to the Collective Agreement.
