| (1) | It is prohibited for any person to, in connection with the handling, stowage and carriage of dangerous goods in a vessel, knowingly or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided on or disobey instructions displayed on a vessel in the interests of health or safety of persons or the environment in pursuance of the Act. |
| (2) | If a person in a vessel carrying dangerous goods fails to comply with this regulation the person is guilty of an offence. |
